Different. Brilliant.

You have to understand what you're getting with this seller. It's not a garage forecourt where you haggle over the last fiver. It's essentially a boutique service, the car is done and ready, it's "presented" as the finished article, ready to drive away and bang in immediate hard miles, not a fixer-up project. So the price is the price, and if you don't want the car for that, don't try to buy it. And, once I got my head around this concept, I bought into it. Dominic is friendly, clued-up, patient, and very low-pressure in his sales technique. Or good enough that it felt low-pressure, which amounts to the same result. I bought a very straight Discovery 4 that immediately banged in a 4-hour trip on the hottest day of the year in awful traffic and didn't miss a beat. Everything works, I don't have the usual list of jobs to do after buying a used car, it's all been a bit too easy. Cracking.

We bought a lovely HSE landmark from Dominic.I have to say it’s been a pleasure dealing with this company from start to finish. Nothing too much trouble. Delivered the car himself and after sales has been amazing. A true gent and will definitely be using again when we want another Landrover. The car itself is in fantastic condition. It’s immaculate and drives perfect.

Disrespectful response to enquiry

Inquired about a car and yes may have started with a low ball but the disrespectful response was unwarranted for someone that works in sales, first response as follows I 'expect' £2500 and will accept '£2500' as per my listing - you are not alone today - as always when one advertises a car for £5/6/700 too little everyone isn't happy with that and want less - I have turned down £2400 from four people today ... so you are not alone on the try on bid ... I am sure you will find a knackered one for £2k.Second response as follows Please do (go elsewhere) someone sensible will be delighted to buy it at £2500 - its a week groceries in our house so its not a fret - the advert is very clear & polite 'the price is fixed at £2500' when I was at school that was very polie, clear & respectful

Great experience buying an F-Type with Dominic - couldn't recommend enough. Good, honest communication throughout , alongside a very pragmatic approach. No hard sell we've all come to expect from dealers - just a smooth process from start to finish. My first call will be to Dom when its time to upgrade!

Upfront and honest about the vehicle I was sold. Did my own research into the issues found with the vehicle and agreed that the price was good for the condition. All the information and documents were available to look through and all queries answered promptly. Overall a good experience.
